株式会社256技研(以下「当社」)は、iOS アプリ「こえどり」(以下「本アプリ」)におけるお客様の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。

1. データの取り扱い

録音・文字起こし・まとめの作成は、すべてお客様の iPhone の中で行われます。音声やその内容が当社または外部のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。アカウント登録も必要ありません。当社がお客様の録音内容・文字起こし・まとめを収集することはありません。

2. 権限の用途

マイク: 録音のために使用します。
音声認識: 録音した音声を端末内で文字にするために使用します(オンデバイス処理)。
カレンダー: これからの予定をタイムラインに重ねて表示するため、読み取り専用で使用します。
通知: 録音が途切れたときや、まとめができた時刻にお知らせするために使用します。

いずれの権限も、iOS の設定アプリからいつでも見直す(同意を撤回する)ことができます。

3. データの保存と削除

録音・文字起こし・まとめは、お客様の iPhone の中に保存されます。本アプリの設定の「すべて削除」から、いつでもすべてのデータを削除できます(削除すると元に戻せません)。当社はお客様のデータを保持しないため、当社側での削除手続きは存在しません。

4. 第三者サービス

録音・文字起こし・まとめの内容を外部へ送信する SDK は使用していません。アプリの更新を確認するため、起動時に Apple および Expo のサーバーと通信することがあります(録音内容は含まれません)。将来アプリ内課金を提供する場合は、Apple の決済基盤(App Store の課金システム)を利用します。

5. 周囲の方の録音について

人との会話を記録するときは、必要に応じて相手の同意を得てください。適用される法令の遵守はお客様の責任となります。

6. 改定について

本ポリシーを改定する場合は、本ページおよびアプリ内の表示を更新します。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内でお知らせします。

Koedori Privacy Policy (English)

256 GIKEN Co., Ltd. ("we") sets out below how the iOS app "Koedori" (the "App") handles your information. Effective: July 8, 2026.

Data handling. Recording, transcription, and summaries are all processed on your iPhone. Your audio and its contents are never sent to our servers or any external server. No account is required. We do not collect your recordings, transcripts, or summaries.
Permissions. Microphone (recording), Speech recognition (on-device transcription), Calendar (read-only, to overlay upcoming events on your timeline), Notifications (recording interruptions and daily recap). You can revoke any permission anytime in the iOS Settings app.
Storage and deletion. All data is stored on your iPhone. You can delete everything anytime via "Delete all" in the App's settings. Since we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to delete on our side.
Third-party services. No SDK transmits your recordings, transcripts, or summaries externally. On launch, the App may contact Apple and Expo servers to check for app updates (no recording content is included). If in-app purchases are offered in the future, they will use Apple's App Store payment system.
Recording others. When recording conversations with people around you, please obtain their consent where appropriate. Complying with applicable laws is your responsibility.
Changes. We will update this page and the in-app policy when this policy changes.
